My clinical work focuses on individuals experiencing distress related to trauma and loss, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, learning disabilities, ADHD, pregnancy and postpartum. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I currently provide therapy and training and supervision to psychology trainees and other mental health professionals.
My therapy approach is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic principles and builds upon a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Through self-knowledge and self-exploration, we will work together to identify healthier ways to cope and relate. I also integrate other therapy modalities to tailor treatment to people’s unique needs. I strive to create an environment of safety where people can work at their own pace, learn about themselves, and achieve their goals.
